The firm was conceived and started in early 2016 in the name of VINAYAKA ASSOCIATES Since inception, the firm has executed architectural civil and structural design work for various prestigious work e.g. Material Handling Plants, De-mineralisation Plants, Water Treatment Plants, Estimate Trending, Bar Bending Schedule, Valuation, Residential & Commercial buildings. In view of complexities of present day design code requirements, the firm has acquired Standard Analysis Packages and Developed in house various analysis programs already approved by various approving / consulting agencies. A comprehensive list of our Architectural Analysis Structure Analysis and Design Packages is attached. Our work is known for its design quality, imagination and originality. Each project offers an opportunity to pursue new solutions to complex building problems. Implementing a project requires substantial commitment in time, money and resources. It also involves a large team of architects, consultants, suppliers, contractors, subcontractors & laborers. Our role is to co-ordinate with all these people and to ensure everything to move as smoothly as possible. We practice tight documentation to minimize variations during construction and ensures contracts and specifications are clear and accurate to provide enough information and incentives for the contractor to complete the work on time and on budget.
